The HCM 3 Group Executive and all the Consultants we employ, have all worked on large and small scale
Oracle HCM projects in UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia and Asia/Pacific over the last 18 years.
All HCM 3 Group consultants' have international experience implementing multi-country global Oracle HCM rollouts throughout the world. All have worked on projects from end-to-end, and have gained their training, experience and business acumen with Oracle or Tier 1 consulting organisations and all have worked with our Managing Director over the last 15 years on projects all around the world.
All HCM 3 Group Executives & Consultants' have made it one of their objectives to stay informed about new functionality within the Oracle HCM suite of products by attending Oracle HCM University, Local User Groups (eg OHUG, AOUG or UKOUG), Oracle HCM Special Interest Groups (SIG's), HCM Industry Special Events and Oracle Openworld in San Francisco or Europe, when appropraite with on-going project timings.
Therefore, they can also best advise on future changes in the Oracle HCM product solution and the impact of these changes on the total ERP and HCM solution, therefore further increasing the return on your investment
in Oracle HCM and ERP software.
